We're looking for a Store Manager to take the lead at our Riverlea outlet store-someone who's passionate about empowering women, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience, and driving success with a high-performing team.
More About This Opportunity:
35 hours per week. Tuesday to Saturday: 8.45am - 4.15pm
What You'll Be Doing:
Running the daily operations of your store-leading, coaching & inspiring your team
Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert in our 12-week training programme
Creating an inclusive & uplifting space where every woman feels confident
Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro & keeping the store looking flawless
Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
