About the role:
ASB manage and maintain a network of over 350 ATM machines throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
They form a critical part of our customer offering and the Senior Systems Specialist will be at the forefront of managing and supporting this infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who will provide Technical Leadership for the ATM Platform. Someone who will focus not only on maintaining a highly available solution but also on Continuous Improvement and Enhancements to deliver even better outcomes for our customers.
We advocate for T-Shaped teams which will take you through all facets of engineering in any given day. We are looking for a mix of technical experience and skill to support the following activities:
- Window OS (Server 2016 and later and Windows 10 and 11) and Systems Administration.
- Network Security, WAN and Telco Network Management.
- SCCM - Patch management, Application deployment, Baseline compliance.
- AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management.
- Powershell Scripting
- ServiceNow - Incident and Change Request Management.
Nice to have:
- F5 LTM management
- McAfee Solidcore and Firewall
You'll have the opportunity to get hands-on with some interesting and complex pieces of work that integrate on an enterprise scale, all while being part of a smaller squad that makes their own decisions about how to work through prioritisation - so your voice will be heard, and your opinions valued.
In the next 12 to 24 months the ATM environment will undergo significant transformation and it is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise to shape our future solutions!
