Job Description

The role is 100% office based in our office in central Orewa. There is no option to work remotely - please do not apply if you are looking for a hybrid-based position.

We are looking for someone to join the Go Raise It Fundraising team based in our office in Orewa. We are a technology organisation working with schools and clubs across Australia and New Zealand helping them to fundraise online using our custom-built platform.

You will need to have excellent sales, administration, digital skills and you must be able to pick up new technology easily as we are heavy users of tech to make our life easier!

You won’t mind picking up the phone to make calls to potential customers who have requested information or to talk to them about their existing fundraising campaign.

Your day will consist of a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):

  • Calling prospective customers / sales leads to discuss their fundraising options with us

  • Managing clients fundraising campaigns using our process/methodology

  • Maintaining accurate information in our CRM

  • Customer support

  • Liaising with our key suppliers and distribution partners and resolving customer order issues

  • Fundraising websites - content management and testing of clients fundraising campaigns

  • Loading and editing invoices and bills in Xero accounting system


Our team is a cross functional team. We want someone who is great on the phone, organised, systematic and keen to work with us helping schools & clubs supercharge their fundraising by going online.

We will pay a competitive hourly rate plus you will be eligible to take part in our quarterly and annual bonus scheme.

Ideally, but not a must have, you will have had some involvement in fundraising in a kindergarten, school or community group and understand how fundraisers work in those environments.
