They have a range of new software solutions they offer large enterprise businesses and medium sized companies in NZ.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • This is an initial 12-month contract to focus on an internal CRM migration project. Please note our client will not consider anyone at Programme Manager level for this particular opportunity.
  • This is a large scale project for the business and they are looking for someone who has led similar CRM projects, working with internal & external team while also being able to communicate at a high level to senior stakeholders.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with great people and a high-trust culture. You'll be responsible for working on this project and plan a pivotal role in their delivery and partner closely with the wider business.
  • You will be responsible for working with business; IT teams and vendors to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and deliver value via projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • This role will also educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes and train users.
  • The team all get on really well and the wider business enjoy socialising at work, having a cheers on Friday’s.


This is an immediate start contract.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead projects and provide leadership and direction
  • Prepare budget, plan and communication strategy for each project
  • Manage the delivery of each project including trend analysis and reporting
  • Run workshops and take the company on the journey
  • Act as the key point of contact for the project and with partners
  • Work closely with customer's project managers to ensure timely delivery


ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience working on large scale CRM projects; ideally MS Dynamics
  • Experience managing workshops
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
