Role Overview:

As a Sales and Design Expert, you will be the face of Kitchen Mania, working directly with clients to understand their needs and turning those ideas into functional and beautiful kitchen designs. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional design solutions will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their vision, budget, and design preferences.
  • Create detailed kitchen designs using specialised software.
  • Guide clients through the design process, offering expert advice on materials, layouts, and finishes.
  • Present and explain design concepts to clients, making adjustments based on feedback.
  • Drive sales by converting consultations into successful kitchen installations.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.


About You:

  • Proven experience in sales
  • An interest in kitchens and interior design.
  • A knowledge of 3D computer software is preffered but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build rapport.
  • A self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about design and creating functional, stylish spaces.
