Te Tūranga – About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Insights professional to join the Precision Media team as an Insight & Measurement Specialist. Reporting into the Senior Insight & Measurement Specialist, you'll support the creation of strategic, insight led, 360 media plans that complement the client’s brand objectives and the problems to solve for. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding set KPIs through providing insight led media solutions.

Responsibilities include:
- Create media proposals utilising data-driven insights and industry trends.
- Develop a sound understanding of client strategies to align to Foodstuffs’ media strategies.
- Be a powerhouse of category insights, understanding data and performance trends across FMCG.
- Deliver robust measurement and evaluation to optimise future strategies.
- Uncover opportunities through a data driven lens in seasonality etc. to provide upselling recommendations
- Be an avid and compelling translator & storyteller, leveraging data points to demonstrate a solution or problem in a visual manner.
- Collaborate with Media Planners & other peers to work hand-in-hand to deliver a seamless client service.
- You will embody a best practice approach to insights-led planning, training and knowledge sharing, and demonstrating value through case study generation.

You’ll be a qualified media or insights professional with 3+ years of experience, who thrives in a collaborative team environment and excels in communication. Ideally, you will have a strong background in FMCG, with expertise in analysing complex data sets and generating reports using advanced tools. This is a newly created role within an emerging team, so we're looking for a self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to transform data into compelling, actionable insights will set you up for success in this position.

You’ll be working with our partner, dunnhumby, to create insight led, 360 media plans across our client portfolio.
