Ready to make an impact?
We’re looking for a Safety Health & Wellbeing Driver Training Support Specialist to join our eCommerce transport team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Last Mile Transport Operations Manager. Joining our team you’ll take accountability to ensure all owner drivers have access to focused and specific, on and off road safety resources, to ensure successful training of their employees.

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing independent business partners compliance and safety plans and providing feedback.
  • Promoting and assisting with deployment of new safety measures, highlighting risks when identified and providing fast reaction to new trends.
  • Assisting in post incident investigations when required. Proactively promoting a culture of safety and driving the business to achieve continuous driver incident reductions.
  • You will work closely with the wider safety team to find solutions to incident trends and work alongside the Health and Safety audit team. You will provide advice to the business on existing practices, processes and frameworks and influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a strong communicator, with strong influencing skills and have strong capabilities across Google and Microsoft tools.
