Job Description

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and establish long-term customer relationships. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in market expansion, high-value sales, digital marketing, strategic partnerships, and brand positioning. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will align sales and
marketing efforts with overall business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights, innovative marketing techniques, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy &Business Development
 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
 Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to expand the
company market presence.
 Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts and long-term agreements with clients and partners.
 Drive B2B and B2C sales strategies, optimizing pricing models and revenue streams.
 Analyses market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust sales tactics.
 Implement sales automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales performance.

2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
 Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s
vision and revenue goals.
 Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging to establish a strong industry
presence.
 Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media
marketing.
 Drive content marketing strategies, producing high-impact materials such as blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
 Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing
 Oversee data-driven digital marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics for optimization.
 Manage social media strategies, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
 Utilize AI-powered marketing tools, automation, and analytics to enhance lead generation.
 Develop and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting strategies.
 Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead-to-customer
conversion rates.

4. Customer Relationship Management & Retention
 Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
 Oversee the implementation of customer loyalty and retention programs.
 Utilize customer feedback, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and sentiment analysis to enhance the customer experience.
 Build and manage a CRM strategy to streamline sales pipelines and improve customer
communication.

5. Leadership & Team Development
 Lead, mentor, and grow the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of high
performance.
 Implement training programs and performance metrics to enhance team effectiveness.
 Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the sales and marketing teams.
 Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive
business growth.

6. Market Expansion & Global Strategy
 Identify opportunities for international expansion, market penetration, and localization
strategies.
 Develop strategic plans for entering new regions, industries, and customer segments.
 Partner with distributors, resellers, and industry leaders to establish a strong presence in new markets.

7. Data Analytics & Reporting
 Utilize sales and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI) to track performance.
 Provide comprehensive sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the leadership team.
 Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing budgets and improve return on
investment (ROI).

Qualifications & Experience:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related
field.

successful marketing campaigns.
 Experience in managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and ROI-driven campaigns.
 Strong knowledge of global markets, international business expansion, and localization
strategies.
 Certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales Leadership, or AI-Powered Marketing are a plus.
