About the Company:

Our client, based in Wigram, is a leading specialist in cleaning and hygiene solutions. They manufacture and supply high-quality cleaning products such as squeegees, mops, and brushes.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team for a 12-month maternity leave cover.

About the Role:

As the Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative duties.
  • Accurate data entry.
  • Managing client queries.
  • Processing invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Overseeing inventory and purchasing.
  • Preparing shipments and labels.
  • Emailing clients and supporting the sales team with input and updates.


What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Good communication skills for managing client queries and emails.
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory management is a bonus (but not essential).
