About the Role
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between extenral clients and internal teams. You’ll play a critical role in managing IT service delivery to ensure it meets business needs, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer-Focused Service Delivery: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and clear communication.
  • IT Coordination & Support: Collaborate with technical teams to manage incidents, service requests, and issues, ensuring prompt resolutions and updates.
  • Process Enhancement: Assist in refining service delivery processes, driving improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and provide reports that drive insights into service delivery outcomes.
  • Proactive Issue Management: Identify potential service risks and implement preventive solutions to minimize disruptions.


What We're Looking For:

  • A background in IT service delivery, customer support, or similar roles, with a strong emphasis on service management and communication.
  • Organiaational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles, service management tools and experience supporting ICT projects will be a distinct advantage.
  • A natural talent for building relationships with both clients and team members.
