You’re a Tradie or a multitalented Handyperson who knows their way around tools and thrives on solving property maintenance challenges. Practical, self-motivated, and ready to roll up your sleeves, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our property always delivers its best.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle painting, plastering, joinery, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct daily rounds to spot and address property issues.
  • Execute proactive and responsive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted guest comfort.


What’s on offer:

  • Secure part-time hours (minimum 20 hours per week) with competitive pay of $25.00–$28 per hour (based on experience).

What we’re looking for:

You’re physically fit, customer-focused, and skilled in maintenance with a practical, can-do attitude. Flexibility for variable shifts, including weekends, is key, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
