Join our team as a Production operator in our hardware assembly and powder coating area. Are you seeking a challenging role that offers variety and flexibility? Do you have a knack for precision and a passion for manufacturing excellence? Look no further – an exciting opportunity awaits you!

This role is 9-month cover for Maternity Leave with the potential to gain a permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and machinery to achieve flawless finishes on hardware products.
  • Prepare surfaces for coating by performing tasks like cleaning, sanding, and masking
  • Regularly monitor and fine-tune coating parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and voltage, to uphold consistent, superior quality.
  • Assemble components to create our product
  • Conduct quality checks to verify they align with our rigorous visual and functional benchmarks.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail, along with the capability to follow precise directives.
