Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

There is a variety of front desk and accounting duties for this night role, you will work closely with a small team to ensure our late arriving guests and early check outs are looked after and have the best possible experience staying with us. This role will require you to work a minimum 40 hours per week and your location for work will be across all three properties, SkyCity Auckland, The Grand by SkyCity and Horizon by SkyCity. You will also have a Night Auditor reporting to you on shift.

Mōu | About You

You will have superb communication and customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest service. You will have previously worked a front office leadership position with experience running the night shift preferably.

Minimum 2 years experience in front office or a similar role
Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office Suite, Opera experience
Available to work from 23:00 - 07:30, 5 nights a week
Full Drivers Licence
General Managers Certificate preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
