Our client is based in Manurewa and they're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team as an Operations Assistant.

Administrative Operational role with for an applicant with operations, manufacturing, logistics or transport experience.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Customer Service and Dispatch focus and experience
- Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Previous manufacturing, transport and/or logistics administration experience
- Possess a strong work ethic, be reliable and efficient
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, transport and/or logistics environment is essential for all applicants to be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Generating of all necessary documentation for the movements of company products
- Monitor all areas of depot & agencies assets, control systems to ensure security and accuracy of company products
- Assist Operations Manager in all activities to ensure daily reporting requirements are met in a timely fashion
- Assist Operations Manager in all activities to ensure business month end requirements are met
- General office duties including archiving postage and stationery
- Participate in Operations team projects
