The Role

The Cleaner / Grounds Maintenance Operative is a multi-disciplinary, non-technical Tradesperson. You will provide the following services:

  • Mowing
  • Chemical spraying
  • Building condition assessment
  • Cleaning
  • Graffiti removal


We currently have one of these possibilities in Auckland covering the Auckland region.

This is an autonomous role that will see you move from site to site carrying out a mix of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. You will have full flexibility to organize your own schedule to ensure that the demands/needs of your locations are met and maintained at a high standard at all times.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in the operation of a range of mowers and small plant equipment
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and ability to work autonomously
  • Your personal commitment to safe work practices needs to be second to none
  • You are expected to be reliable, motivated and driven
  • Physically fit, flexible and adaptable
  • Full Class 1 NZ driver's license and ability to reverse a trailer
