Job Description

Are you passionate about making a positive impact while honing your professional skills? Join our team as an Office Coordinator Volunteer, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our organisation running smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
As a volunteer, you’ll take on a variety of meaningful tasks, including:

Office Administration – Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Communication – Help maintain clear and effective communication across teams and with external partners.
Human Resource Management – Support HR processes, including onboarding volunteers and assisting with payroll systems.
Event Planning – Coordinate events and activities that align with our mission and values.
Project Management – Contribute to the planning and execution of key projects to achieve organizational goals.
Compliance and Safety – Help ensure our operations comply with safety standards and regulations.
Customer Service – Provide excellent support to staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:
Experience with HR and payroll systems (helpful but not required).
Event planning and coordination experience.
Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff and vendors.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
