Your Role & Impact

• Strategic & Operational HR Advisory – Act as a trusted business partner, advising senior leaders on people management strategies and best practices.
• Employee Relations & Compliance – Provide expert guidance on employment law, workforce planning, and HR policy application.
• Organisational Development – Support leadership teams in succession planning, change management, and talent development.
• Collaboration & Innovation – Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives that make a lasting impact.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with a strong passion for HR advisory work and a commitment to delivering great service. The ideal candidate will have:

• A tertiary qualification or proven experience in a similar HR advisory role
• 10 years relevant operational human resources experience, preferably in a large organisation environment
• A track record of collaborating in teams to achieve HR goals
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service daily
• This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career in advisory and business partnering while making a tangible difference within a leading university.
