The Role
The main purpose of the role as Administration Account Manager is to work alongside a small team of colleagues servicing a portfolio of clients. Taking responsibility for liaising with service partners and negotiating agreements on behalf of your clients, this is a detailed administration coordinator role requiring exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Picking up the phone as well as emailing clients has to be something you are used to doing, following a client call cycle, asking the right questions while building rapport is an important part of the role.

The focus is on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, educating them on changes in the service offering, identifying better solutions and ensuring customer retention. This is a great role for someone who demonstrates values around authenticity and has an honest and open communication style to achieve the best results for clients with the support of your Client Service Manager.

This vacancy is due to the incumbent moving to work in one of their Australian offices. The training and support are top notch and with this teams down to earth and friendly nature you’ll receive great system and process knowledge.

It’s all about having a positive attitude and clear written and verbal communication skills, helping clients is rewarding and requires constant coordination between multiple people.
