Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Store Person to join our busy site in Christchurch. This full-time role offers variety and opportunity for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers on-site and assisting with their requirements
• Responding to email enquiries regarding pricing and availability
• Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
• Picking, packing, and receipting stock
• Generating packing slips and assisting with other general stores duties
• Assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflows
• Operating a forklift

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A valid forklift license
• Experience with receipting and picking stock
• Good level of physical fitness (this is a physical role)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work overtime when required
• A team-oriented attitude
• A good sense of humour!
• A valid full class 1 driver’s license (Class 2 is a bonus)
• Reliability and dependability
• Intermediate computer skills
• Experience in face-to-face customer service
• A professional telephone manner
