Overview
Are you seeking a Senior HR Advisor role in Auckland?

  • Grey Lynn office, 6-month contract
  • Generalist Senior HR Advisor role
  • Full-time hours, office based, up to $120K dependent on experience

Our client are experts in providing integration solutions regarding all things data related. Proudly NZ owned and operated they pride themselves on a true kiwi success story. They have a wealth of development and integration experience in moving clients from around the world onto cloud platforms. The HR Manager has worked in the business and its associated companies for seven years and has the opportunity now to move to Melbourne as they expand the company so is looking for a HR Business Partner to provide support for the next six months during this transition. Everything HR runs very smoothly, due to robust systems and processes.

Opportunity:
The role requires the skills of a Senior HR Advisor who can hit the ground running to provide generalist support to the team. This role is ideal for someone who has the vision and commitment to add value to a team quickly given it’s a 6-month contract and has good HR systems knowledge.

  • Align business objectives with employees and SLT
  • Build and foster trusted relationships based on credibility and open communication
  • Provide HR advice in relation to policy and procedures
  • Promote good HR practices that support change and manage risk
  • Promote consistency in performance evaluation across the business


You:
Partnering with a business will come naturally to you. You must possess the drive and ambition to achieve the HR objectives set for the business, be commercially astute, relationship focused but most importantly know how to partner with a business and work with Managers to enable proactive HR throughout.

Ideally you will offer:

  • Experience working at an operational level within a services, sales or operations environment
  • Solid experience in partnering with managers
  • Confident problem solver with a calm under pressure nature
  • Strong communicator with proven influencing skills, empathy and decision making based on facts
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
