Job Description

The Role:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Change Management Specialist to play a key role in guiding our teams through strategic change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing change strategies, fostering organisational adaptability, and ensuring the successful adoption new business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective change management plans for projects.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to evaluate change impacts and align efforts with company objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to facilitate process and tool adoption.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges and resistance to change.
  • Track and adjust change initiatives based on progress and feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex change initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • MS Office suite user expertise (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams,
  • Sharepoint).
