The Company
My client is a privately-owned FMCG New Zealand success story which operates in the New Zealand and Australian markets. The company’s environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with the New Zealand operations being very well-resourced. They offer modern, open-plan office space with parking, and a friendly and supportive team environment.

The Role
The role reports directly into the Demand Manager where you will support the wider business with two of the large key accounts within the retail space. You will work cross-functionally and so the ability to build on strong relationships with excellent communication is a must.

Your duties will include;

  • Liaises with suppliers to ensure stock is available in line with promotional activities
  • Maintains promotional forecasts for FMCG products in the customer's inventory management system
  • Ensures delivery schedules are in place so that there are minimal changes
  • Monitors and controls stock levels and purchase orders to improve service level
  • Effectively manages product changeovers in a timely manner.
  • Regular communication of relevant information regarding stock levels/ issues down to sku level
  • Provide admin support to ANZ Key Accounts team
  • Manages weekly and monthly account support processes such as paying invoices
  • Invoice coding – ensuring invoices are aligned with promotion expectations
  • Assist with IRI data reporting into commercial reviews



Your profile:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with inventory or stock within an FMCG operation. You will have strong communications skills verbal and written and you will come with a can-do attitude and ability to work at pace.

This is a multi-faceted role so you will be able to manage your time well with the ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines. Strong excel skills are a must as well as the ability to work across multiple systems.
