Geneva Staffing is recruiting for a dynamic Clinical Psychologist to join a dedicated team in Napier. This position offers flexible hours (minimum 30 hours per week), allowing for either full-time or part-time engagement. The Role:
You will join a highly skilled team of Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors working across a variety of cases and client groups, ranging from children to adults. You will provide assessments and short- and long-term interventions for individuals with a range of mental health needs. The role offers diversity, leadership, and flexibility, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the community while developing your skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological assessments and interventions for a wide range of clients.
  • Work autonomously while being part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
  • Engage with clients from a variety of organisations, including ACC, Oranga Tamariki, MoH, and private payers.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and professional development to enhance your skill set.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of three year’s clinical experience working with mental health difficulties.
  • Experience in assessing and treating a broad range of mental health issues.
  • Full Membership with the relevant professional body (NZPB, NZAC, NZAP).
  • Willingness to become ACC registered to provide services under the Sensitive Claims Contract.
  • A full NZ driver’s license is preferred.
