Mo te tūranga | About the Role:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will primarily collaborate with the business to create budgets, forecasts, and reports for business initiatives that fulfil both local and group-wide requirements. You will also engage in continuous process improvement programmes with a focus on automation, accuracy, relevancy and timeliness of data and reporting. Apart from this you will also be responsible to:

  • Deliver high quality, accurate and on-time reporting, insights and analytics.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership team to provide analysis and reporting to the Business to drive improved business outcomes.
  • Maintain and strengthen engagement with a broad community of stakeholders
  • Lead and support productivity initiatives Financial Services while provide expertise and guidance to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

  • Proficient in Excel with advanced data manipulation and analysis skills
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging and managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Advanced analytical abilities, capable of working with complex data to generate meaningful insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adept at navigating and resolving challenges in complex environments
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to and communicating effectively with senior management
