About the role

You’ll take ownership of assigned territory and actively manage existing customer relationships and proactively increase the territory customer base through targeted new business acquisition. This will be done through:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies within your territory to promote the organisation's goods to as many people as possible.
  • Securing new and growing existing businesses.
  • Execute performance improvement initiatives/strategies within your territory to ensure that our operations (fulfilment) are as proficient as possible.
  • Complete targeted number of audits to help ensure market standards are maintained to a high level and in line with channel strategy.
  • Lead and develop a sales pipeline ensuring a consistent flow of EQ placements to meet our new business KPI’s.
  • Ensure sales targets are met using a combination of equipment capability, product mix, placement/positioning and pricing as well as effective commission management when contracting new customers to deliver optimal outlet and customer ROI.


This role is full time (guaranteed 40 hours per week) and permanent.

Remuneration ranges from $79,000 - $89,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.



About You
Energy, drive, and the ability to work with a high level of professionalism. You'll have commercial conversations with business partners, so you will have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, along with the ability to think strategically and of course, close a deal.

You will be a highly motivated person, with the ability to work autonomously, but also work alongside a close-knit sales team. You'll be customer-focused and have the desire to succeed.

You will have at least five years relevant work experience or a relevant tertiary qualification. You must hold a clean full driver licence as you will be driving company vehicles to visit clients.
