A leading provider of building maintenance services in Wellington are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a 1 year fixed term to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating field personnel, and overseeing both day-to-day maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for service requests and dispatch technicians accordingly.
  • Monitor and prioritise workloads to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Oversee invoicing, job progress reporting, and PPM scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records for job completion, service reports, and client communication.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to meet client expectations.


What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience with service management software (simPRO experience is a plus).
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
