What Sets This Organisation Apart:

Our client is a purpose-driven charitable trust dedicated to creating meaningful change in Aotearoa. They offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where innovation, collaboration, and kindness are at the heart of everything they do. With a clear pathway for career progression, this is an opportunity to take on a leadership role with real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction of programme operations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strong leadership, empowering a team of programme managers, coordinators, and warehouse staff.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of five nationwide programmes, overseeing logistics, volunteer engagement, and stock management.
  • Build relationships with key and a range of stakeholders, including schools, community leaders, and charitable partners.
  • Drive health and safety best practices, ensuring compliance across warehouse and operational functions.
  • Play a central role in coordinating large-scale community initiatives, including flagship events like the Christmas Joy Store.

  • Willingness to travel periodically for on-site programme oversight (expenses covered).
