I am looking for a skilled Sales Assistant / Personal Assistant to support me as an up-and-coming top-performing real estate agent at Ray White with the potential to grow into an associate if you want.

Hours: 20 hours per week onsite in a home office, this is not a remote role (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday preferred but not essential - school hours acceptable) with the opportunity to grow hours and job role.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the second point of contact for clients - warm, professional, and engaging phone and email communication is a must.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience with prospecting and listings.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups with precision and efficiency.
  • Handle CRM updates, property listings, and online marketing/social media easily.
  • Assist with document preparation, compliance, and general administration.
  • Adapt to a diverse role that requires multitasking and problem-solving on the go.


What I am Looking For:

  • Excellent phone manners - friendly, confident, and professional.
  • Customer service superstar - you genuinely enjoy helping people.
  • Tech-savvy - confident with CRM systems, digital marketing, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Administrative extraordinaire - detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised.
  • Real estate experience preferred but not essential.
  • A can-do attitude - adaptable, reliable, and ready to take initiative.
