The Role
Work to deliver the internal growth plan in a controlled and effective manner.

A multi-faceted project where your days will consist of analysing and interpreting the current systems and processes to help with streamlining, improving processes by optimising

This position has been created to undertake the delivery of the businesses expansion/change project,
encompassing several moving parts including across people, geo-locations and systems. The focused
delivery of the plan is key to the ongoing, successful expansion of the business and to preserve the
positive culture that is tightly held by the team.

Skills and Experience
This project is not your typical one. It requires a professional with a good understanding and experience in process improvement and being able to lead and execute the growth plan.

The ideal candidate will offer:

• A curious, confident, common sense, pragmatic personal working style
• Technically capable, excellent at picking up new systems and platforms
• Operational focus and exposure to business processes in any industry
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
