About the Role
We are currently looking for an InsideSalesCoordinator to join our team in Thames.
You will be responsible for maximising efficiencies of the Inside Sales Team through performing a range of sales and coordination activities such as responding to customer enquiry's and routing workflow.
Key duties include:
Receiving and responding to inbound calls
Providing prompt, professional, accurate and courteous assistance to customers
Strengthening and maintaining customer loyalty and feedback scores
Responding to inquiries, assisting & directing calls in the most appropriate manner
Coordinating sales leads and workflow.
Scheduling follow-up reminders for Inside Sales Team to ensure they are meeting deadlines and responding to customers in a timely manner
Performing CRM management responsibilities as applicable
Our successful candidate will have prior experience in Sales Support, Customer Service or in a Personal Assistant role.
You will also need to demonstrate:
A high level of computer literacy; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of programmes
Highly organised with excellent time management ability; able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
Effective communication (written and verbal) skills; able to convey ideas, expectations, and information
Exceptional customer service skills
Effective problem solving skillsĀ·A customer centred approach
A high level of corporate and personal presentation, professional integrity & confidentiality
A predisposition to convert inquiries to sales
A desire to develop a high level of understanding of geosynthetics and the design function they provide
The ability to work in a busy environment, remaining focused and calm under pressure
Great work ethic and can-do attitude
Approachable and positive interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong, open, and collaborative relationships across all levels
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. An immediate start is available.
