About the Role

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Thames.

You will be responsible for maximising efficiencies of the Inside Sales Team through performing a range of sales and coordination activities such as responding to customer enquiry's and routing workflow.

Key duties include:

  • Receiving and responding to inbound calls
  • Providing prompt, professional, accurate and courteous assistance to customers
  • Strengthening and maintaining customer loyalty and feedback scores
  • Responding to inquiries, assisting & directing calls in the most appropriate manner
  • Coordinating sales leads and workflow.
  • Scheduling follow-up reminders for Inside Sales Team to ensure they are meeting deadlines and responding to customers in a timely manner
  • Performing CRM management responsibilities as applicable


Our successful candidate will have prior experience in Sales Support, Customer Service or in a Personal Assistant role.

You will also need to demonstrate:

  • A high level of computer literacy; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of programmes
  • Highly organised with excellent time management ability; able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) skills; able to convey ideas, expectations, and information
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Effective problem solving skillsĀ·A customer centred approach
  • A high level of corporate and personal presentation, professional integrity & confidentiality
  • A predisposition to convert inquiries to sales
  • A desire to develop a high level of understanding of geosynthetics and the design function they provide
  • Self-motivated / Enthusiastic / Proactive / takes initiative
  • Accountable and Adaptable
  • The ability to work in a busy environment, remaining focused and calm under pressure
  • Great work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Approachable and positive interpersonal skills

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. An immediate start is available.
