Are you a proactive and highly organized professional with a passion for supporting sales teams and driving business growth? Our client, a leader in Packaging Solutions, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide essential sales insights, manage CRM processes, and support marketing initiatives while servicing key B2B accounts.

The Role
Supporting the National Sales Manager and wider team, you’ll also manage your own portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring smooth operations from order initiation to delivery. Your key responsibilities include:
- Inside Sales Management – Build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and drive profitability.
- Sales Support & Analysis – Provide key account insights, generate reports, analyze sales data, and support tender processes.
- CRM & Administration – Maintain CRM records, onboard new accounts, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Marketing & Promotions – Assist with campaigns, manage social media, coordinate samples and promotional materials, and maintain the company website.
About You
- 3+ years in an administration or sales support role, preferably in packaging, labels, print, or manufacturing.
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail and methodical workflow.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive problem solver, accustomed to anticipating B2B client needs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong business analytics skills.
- High work ethic, ability to multitask, and commercial awareness.
- Full driver’s license (occasional client visits may be required).
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing or similar would be beneficial but not essential if you have experience in a similar role.
