Join our team as a Production Supervisor at Dispatch Centre in Auckland, where you'll oversee the Packaging Department on a day-to-day basis to ensure core packaging outcomes, employee schedules, paperwork, and other responsibilities are met. This is a Permanent Full Time position rostered Monday to Friday during education terms only.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
Ensure all products are packed safely and efficiently, maintaining a sanitary environment that meets food safety regulations.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and the Logistics Manager to ensure enough packaging products are available and delivered on time for daily production/dispatch.
Take responsibility for daily packaging reports and dispatch programs, preparing labels for designated dispatch departments/sections.
Coach and lead the development of direct reports, conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one meetings.
Manage incoming dispatch goods and assist 'hands on' in the event of a reduced workforce.

A proactive customer service mindset with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and work quality standards.
Proven capacity to coordinate and drive projects from start to finish, capable of multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in the hospitality or medium to large service-based industry is desirable.
