• Full time opportunity, 5 days per week

We're on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager who's ready to lead an awesome team, drive sales and create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers!

Work Includes:

• 5 days a week
• One day in the weekend
• Work on public holidays

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and coaching our team to success
• Boosting sales and making sure the store runs smoothly
• Managing stock, ordering, merchandising and keeping things looking top notch
• Tracking performance and coming up with cool ways to improve the store
• Sharing your outdoor gear knowledge to help customers find exactly what they need

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager
• Strong organisational, problem solving and computer skills
• A natural leader who loves mentoring and motivating a team
• A passion for sales and strong customer service skills
• Able to lift 20kgs
• Passion for the outdoors, fishing, camping, hunting
• Knowledge of outdoor gear or willing to get a firearms licence is a big plus
