The role
Duties include but it not limited to the following:

  • Controlling workflow
  • Communication with the technical team to achieve accurate work completion estimates
  • Communication with direct end customers and effectively communicating often technically complex information to the end user in a way they can comprehend
  • Coordination with a range of aftersales staff such as Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and the Service Manager
  • Helping to ensure workshop targets are met or exceeded



Skills and qualifications required

  • A relevant automotive trade qualification, preferably in heavy automotive engineering
  • Solid communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • An excellent technical understanding of heavy commercial vehicle repairs
  • The ability to remain calm and work with the technical team to solve technical issues
  • Clean drivers licence
