Mechanical assembly of commercial equipment, including mechanical fitment of sub-assemblies, painted weldments, gearboxes, drive systems, electrical and hydraulic components
Participate in daily production toolbox meetings
Participate in a culture on continuous improvement, identifying and reporting opportunities for improved safety, quality, and efficiency
Taking ownership and responsibility
Skills Required
Previous assembly or maintenance of similar commercial equipment
Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with other team members, team leaders and managers
Experience within a production/manufacturing environment
Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing
Work efficiently within a small team to maximize
Have the right to live and work in New Zealand
