Our client is a well-established interiors contractor with a strong project pipeline and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity with a highly regarded fit-out company delivering high-quality commercial projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Managing procurement and subcontractor pricing negotiations.
• Handling progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial control.
• Collaborating closely with project managers and site teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of QS experience in commercial construction or interior fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand 3910 contracts, procurement, and cost control.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
