About the Role:

As a caregiver, you’ll help children explore and develop in a nurturing environment. You’ll work closely with our passionate team, reporting to the Centre Manager and contributing to the overall success of the centre. While an ECE qualification is not required, experience working with children under five and a natural affinity for young children is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care and education to tamariki
Foster team spirit, engaging in activities that extend and empower children’s learning
Actively participate in centre activities and assist in covering staff breaks when necessary
Support daily operations across the centre, ensuring smooth running at all levels
