Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work with teammates to design and deliver customer-focused solutions, achieving consensus and providing quality solutions across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Champion best practices, constantly working to enhance processes, deliverables, and the quality of the product.
- Actively enhance your technical and enterprise engineering skills (e.g., DevOps) while contributing to your team's growth and squad delivery.
- Contribute to an agile, iterative environment, taking part in sprint planning, development, and retrospectives.
- Understand business needs and develop solutions that align with business strategies and deliver high-quality, reliable, secure, and efficient outcomes.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring work adheres to relevant regulations, policies, and guardrails.

- A background in software development with professional experience in relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with at least part of the technology stack your team uses, with a basic understanding of how technology is consumed by the end user.
- Ability to resolve familiar issues and create new functionality, as well as implement minor improvements on existing systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to deliver solutions effectively.
- Ability to manage your own work with general direction, bring tasks to completion within estimates, and challenge technical debt where necessary.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science (preferred) and evidence of ongoing professional development.
