As a member of ASB's Financial Crime Operations team you will help protect ASB and its customers from the impact of Financial Crime. You will contribute in a meaningful way to the protection of Aotearoa New Zealand from organised crime, modern slavery, extreme right-wing groups, and other activity which places New Zealand at risk.

Mo te tūranga | About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven KYC Analyst to join our high-performing team at ASB. In this role, you'll help protect our customers and the bank by supporting anti-financial crime initiatives and delivering critical system and process improvements. You will:

  • Support your team and stakeholders with systems, processes, and performance insights.
  • Contribute to CVS projects and simplification initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis and recommend enhancements to existing business-as-usual (BAU) processes.
  • Execute test scripts for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Partner with developers and system users to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Define and document clear business requirements.
