As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a People Systems Operations Manager to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

In this position, you’ll lead the People Operations Systems team at the AA, managing the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Workday and other people systems. The role focuses on enhancing employee experience through efficient systems and processes, delivering data insights to support business decisions, and ensuring strong system integration and governance. It also includes leading reporting and analytics initiatives, driving automation, and managing a high-performing team through coaching and development.

About You | Mōu

Key to your success is your strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills, along with your ability to manage projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. A confident leader, you bring experience in developing high-performing teams and providing clear, empathetic advice. With a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, you are comfortable using data to inform decisions. You are tech-savvy, with solid knowledge of platforms like SharePoint and MS Office. You also have deep experience with people systems (previous experience with Workday will be an advantage) across HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, talent, and payroll, plus a solid track record in data analytics and insight development.
