The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi Join our dynamic Mobile team and empower Tāngata Whai Ora to live independently and achieve their goals. Experience in mental health is preferred, but your life experience matters too! Work with a supportive team and make a real impact on people's mental health journey.
Responsibilities include:
Provide medication support and recovery-focused care.
Empower independent daily living skills and goal achievement.
Foster positive community connections and strong foundations.
Work alongside Registered Health Professionals with a common purpose. Manage your caseload with team support.
The shift available is Tuesday to Saturday,7:00am - 3:30pm
You | Mōu
You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one on commencing employment if successful.
Applicants must hold the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent or be willing to obtain one.
You must hold a current full driver’s licence.
