Our award-winning Harcourts Grenadier Halswell office is on the lookout for a dynamic Personal Assistant to support one of our top-performing agents, Courtney Pero. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing listing documentation and creating standout marketing collateral
  • Generating accurate sale and purchase agreements
  • Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes
  • Managing databases and ensuring seamless client communication
  • Providing timely and precise administrative support
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our premium brand


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a PA or administrative role
  • Real estate industry experience is advantageous
  • Tech savvy with strong computer skills, including MS Office
  • Experience with marketing and social media
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Show great initiative and also follow direction
  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
