About the role:
As our Health & Safety Manager, you will drive the continuous improvement of health and safety systems across our multiple hotels, ensuring compliance and best practices while empowering our teams to create a safe and engaged workplace.

  • Health & Safety Leadership – Foster a culture where safety is a core value, providing guidance and support to managers and teams.
  • Systems & Compliance – Maintain and improve health & safety systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Training & Engagement – Deliver training, provide expert advice, and engage stakeholders to embed strong safety behaviours.
  • Reporting & Risk Management – Analyse safety data, conduct audits, and recommend proactive solutions to reduce incidents.
  • Collaboration & Influence – Partner with senior leaders, property teams, and regulatory bodies to drive safety initiatives and best practices.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience developing and rolling out a company-wide safety plan.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in coaching and building a safety-first culture.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate safety requirements into practical, business-aligned solutions, and communicate those to stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of enterprise safety software and health & safety frameworks.
  • Background in hospitality, retail, distribution, or heavy industry preferred.
