About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of technical projects. You will gather requirements, manage vendors, and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal staff, leadership, external partners, and frontline teams. Your expertise in Microsoft solutions, particularly SharePoint, will be essential in delivering solutions that meet business needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Engage with internal staff, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Provide insights and recommendations on SharePoint and Microsoft solution implementations.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in technical projects.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
