About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst joining on a Fixed Term to the 30th of June 2026, you will play a key role in supporting the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new CMS and mapping solution. You will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders, conducting in-depth business and technical analysis across all project elements, including data integrations and processes. Your role will involve facilitating working groups, resolving complex mapping data challenges, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support CMS and mapping vendor evaluation and selection.
Conduct business and technical analysis across CMS, mapping services, and data integrations.
Facilitate working groups to support project solutioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex mapping data challenges.
Develop and maintain detailed business and technical documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
5+ years of experience in business and technical analysis across various technologies.
Proven experience in cloud solution delivery, web services, and content management systems.
Strong knowledge of data system integrations and data processes.
GIS and spatial data experience (desirable but not essential).
Highly self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
