About the company & role

Work with a global leader in oral health solutions delivering software to hospitals, community clinics, school dental programmes and dental universities around the world.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a technical background, someone who has experience working in a SaaS environment with experience in the healthcare sector. In this role you will be involved in delivering a range of projects to customers. Work with the software designers and architects to create specifications and/or user stories for feature requests and custom development.

Essential skills for this role:-

• Business Analysis – At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• SQL – Experience with MS SQL Server to include an understanding of entity relationships.
• Industries – Healthcare or Clinical Environments experience working within a SaaS environment is essential.
• Communication Skills – Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
