We’re partnering with a high-profile FMCG client going through an exciting period of digital transformation. They’re looking for a Scrum Master who doesn’t just facilitate stand-ups – they want someone delivery-focused, commercially aware, and confident stepping into Delivery Lead duties when needed.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting high-performing digital squads delivering customer-facing and internal platforms. You’ll drive delivery momentum, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure your teams are hitting sprint goals. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders to keep things on track.

This is a hands-on role that suits someone who loves getting into the detail, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings strong Agile leadership and coaching skills.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with real delivery accountability
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and SAFe 6 certification
  • Experience delivering in complex, fast-moving digital environments
  • Ability to wear multiple hats: coach, facilitator, delivery driver
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
