Andrew Simms Dunedin operates a state-of-the-art service centre at 15 Timaru Street, servicing multiple leading automotive brands. Our modern, purpose-built workshop provides a great working environment, and we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our service team, ensuring a seamless customer experience from booking to vehicle handover. Experience in a similar role is essential.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Service Advisor role (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident computer skills (Industry software experience preferred)
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
