We’re seeking three HR Administrators to join an ongoing data normalisation project in a public sector environment. This full-time, temporary role runs until 30 June 2025 — an excellent opportunity to build HR and data experience.
What you’ll do:
Support a data normalisation project alongside an established team.
Collaborate with business units to gather and verify data.
Work across multiple systems, platforms, and spreadsheets.
Follow set processes while thinking critically to solve data challenges.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all data tasks.

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to follow directions while thinking outside the box.
Tech-savvy and confident navigating various systems and spreadsheets.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
